DFL is a synonym to quality, as our clients like to call us, is a result of our sheer dedication to achieve perfection. We believe that quality cannot be imparted to the product but has to be built along with it. To ensure this we carry out rigorous testing of the materials under most stringent conditions.
We have a well-equipped state of the art in-house testing laboratory with qualified personnel working in order to achieve TQM. We have checks at every step from weighing till the packing of finished product, which ensures a nearly zero error system. Before a material leaves our premises it undergoes rigorous testing under very stringent limits, which gives our clients and us the confidence to penetrate any market.
Documentation is another factor on which we stress. We follow the principle of “writing what we do and do what is written”. This practice ensures a robust and efficient system, which helps us achieve TQM. Self-audits and inspections is a habit at DFL. This helps to simulate inspection environment and helps to maintain and develop the TQM at our facility.
